Initial Consultation
This first consultation is a complimentary 1 hour meeting. During this meeting, we’ll get to know you, your space, and your goals. We’ll discuss your lifestyle, design preferences, functionality needs, budget, and timeline to gain a clear understanding of your vision. Once we have your initial concept, we will present an estimate and range of project costs to you to understand your budget requirements. Once we have your project commitment, we will provide access to your personalized client portal where you can access project notes, updates, and follow your design journey every step of the way.

Design Presentation
After completing the initial consultation, we’ll create a tailored design concept for your space. This may include mood boards, material boards, colour palettes, furnishings, and visual inspiration to ensure we are aligned with your desires and needs before moving forward. This is a detailed presentation meeting at your space to review these design concepts. Following our presentation, all details and supporting materials will be uploaded to your Client Portal, allowing you to revisit the design at any time and provide feedback as the project evolves.

Design Development
With the design direction approved, we’ll begin refining the details of your project, specific material selections and overall cost expenditures. During this phase, we’ll source furnishings, materials, finishes, lighting, artwork, and décor while developing layouts and design plans tailored to your space. As selections are finalized, all specifications, visual updates, and project milestones will be uploaded to your Client Portal throughout the design process.

Final Design & Procurement
Once the design and product selection has been finalized, we’ll present your completed design package for approval. This includes all furnishings, materials, finishes, layouts, and specifications selected for your project. For projects involving renovations, we’ll coordinate directly with our trusted contracting partner to ensure all design details are communicated clearly and executed seamlessly. Following approval, we’ll begin procurement and coordinate orders, deliveries, and project timelines to keep everything running smoothly. Your Client Portal will remain updated throughout this phase, giving you access to approved selections, order updates, and key project milestones.

Implementation & Styling
With all designs approved and materials procured, it’s time to bring your vision to life. For renovation projects, we’ll coordinate closely with our trusted contracting partner to ensure every design detail is executed with care and precision. Once construction and deliveries are complete, we’ll oversee the installation of furnishings, artwork, décor, and finishing touches, thoughtfully styling the space to achieve a cohesive and polished result. The final outcome is a home that feels beautifully curated, functional, and uniquely yours.
